Jill Celestine Tarver Obituary It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jill Celestine Tarver (Norman, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Tarver; her brother Jerry Tarver; and her nephew Brent Tarver. She is survived by : her mother Arlesa Tarver; her daughter Emilee Tarver (Benjamin Clair); her brother Jack (Jo Tarver); her fiancé Steve Bute; her sister- in-law Reta Tarver; her nephews, Kent Tarver, Kirk Tarver (Steve Roland) and Jarod (Ashley Tarver); her niece Jamie Tarver; her grandson Malcolm Clair-Tarver; her great- nephew Ryker Tarver Anderson; and her cousins, Leslie Valentine and Jill. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
